Beat License and Tracking out (Samples) questions

hi!

are there any beatmakers here?

i am wondering about following things:

1. i see a lot of LEASING and EXCLUSIVE Beat rights. but i dont get it, how can you sell a beat as exclusive if it might have been bought as LEASING before (maybe multiple times?)

2. there is also an option to TRACK OUT beats, ok i get it you export all elements of a beat as seperate WAV Files, but normally you may not sell a sample from a sample pack by itself (even if it is royalty free) when you track out e.g. the kick and it is from a sample pack isnt this then against the license then from the sample pack or is this excluded or is this already not the case cause i changed it with my EQ etc.?
