It's funk. DX7, Oberheim 4-voice, Arp omni and maybe ARP PRO Soloist, Clavi, Moog Polymoog ?

Yeah, But there's a bit more involvement certainly Funk mixed with Fusion & NES. Whoever they are they are accomplished much like some of the better NES tunes but with better instruments>>> Some of Stanley Clarke's music sounds like this

I agree with what it's been compared to so far in previous comments but it also reminds me a bit of a group called Landscape (e.g. 'Einstein a Go-Go'), also Thomas Dolby (e.g. 'She Blinded Me with Science'). There was a bit of a fad for music of this type (funky, but robotic) in the late 1970s and early 1980s.
