Alternative to Ableton's FEEDBACK?

I just watch this video and i really love the sound design you can do with it, but i am not an ableton user, so, want to ask if you know if there is a way to do these effects (st beginning of the video) with some other alternative plugins.

He's using Bitwig not Ableton Live, but the same technique can be implemented in most DAWs fairly easily. Which DAW are you using?

You can build feedback loops in Ableton and Reaper via routing. Bitwig doesn’t let you do that via routing, only through the Delay device.
