Plugins companies don't like to release reverbs and delays, but fortunatly we have a new one :D

Jokes aside, this looks and sounds very interesting, cause comes with unique features, and to me also sounds really good.

As for every plugin the best is to test it yourself to see if fit your needs, but if you prefer to watch before buy/try i made a video

Waves + Reverb. KVR is going to emit so much 💗💖we are going to have world peace.

That said it sounds nice and looks like a great tool for home vocalists that aren't effects experts.

I been waiting for a company to use an envelope follower like this, like with Waves Bass Rider/Vocal Rider but for delay/reverb sends. Maybe it will be good for auto dub style effects with not much need for manual automation

Frankie, thanks for sharing your demo. Maybe once you've played more with it, you could post another video where you demonstrate the Rider functions better? Setup the alpha and beta endpoints from scratch for example and demonstrate the nuance of the "morphing" capacity.
At either end of the Rider path is a letter: α (alpha) or β (beta). These represent the endpoints of the transition from one setup to the other. Actual control range is determined by the arc of each control. If, for example, a control’s arc limits its range to 25%, then switching from α to β, or vice versa, will move the control by only 25% of its complete range. Click α and all selected controls will move to their α start position. Click β and the controls will move to their β start position. The color of a control’s arc indicates the knob’s rotation direction.
I give Waves credit for curb appeal with their newer plugins. But is it really that innovative? It seems that you can get most if not all of this functionality, maybe not quite as simple but way more flexible, with White Elephant Audio's Syndicate ... I'm sure among other choices.

Rider function is pretty simple. Instead to put a single value in the knob, you give it a range. So i.e. instead to have the dry/wet knob at 30% you can settle the range from 15% to 45%

The rider will just dynamically switch between these values accordingly to the dynamic, and the slider is the kind of treshold or "sensitivity" fader.

Making a video would made the explanation better cause it's easier to show everything, but i'm not planning to do another one, so i hope this little explanation makes everything clear

A combination between vocal rider and a reverb? Wow. That sounds like a cool idea actually.

That function seems to be quite similar as the Ribbon function in the H9 plugins of Eventide.

Post

That ribbon simply morphs all parameters at once from one value to another (if defined).

Post

curious, as I see that the three FX are running parallel but also there's a wet/dry knob from Chorus -> Delay and one from Delay -> Reverb... so if I have the wet/dry knob set to 30% does that mean there's still 70% of that FX signal still going out? I didn't see an OUTPUT/BYPASS knob on any of the three FX.

Waves is not the only dev releasing reverbs, but quality is always exceptional,
simply amazing on vocals, most other reverbs would drown the audio signal, but this plugin makes it sit in the mix so well

Ooooh this is nice. Loving the fact it takes a lot of drama out of automating delay/reverb changes.
