I've been trying to make this sound with chords and the FL Studio arpeggiator, but I can't get it. I don't know how it was made; maybe the MIDI notes are off. Here is the link to the intro.

Sounds like a sampled piano which has separate level control over the main note and the mechanical sound of the key hitting.
It's a 3 note arpeggio, and only the top note is sounding, going off into a massive reverb and delay. The other two "notes" in the arp aren't really notes, they're just the mechanical key hit. Because the arp top line alternates each time between 2 different notes, it gives the impression of a chord, because the tones ring out into the reverb and hang.
I'm not into sampled pianos, but i guess you need to look for Kontakt "dusty" piano sound libraries that specialize in giving you control over sounds (like creaks, pedal, key thump) that would normally try to be minimized in a sampled piano.

It's more about making the in-between notes quieter
I used FL keys but replace with whatever you
have
