Amplitube 5 needs to be authorized

I have had several IK products installed and authorized/activated for many months now. Today I had a message that Amplitube 5 would run in Trial mode unless I logged in and used the Product Manager. I did that, and then the message went away after restarting the project I had open.

I don't remember it ever doing that before, so I was wondering if something changed recently?
