A delay and a EQ for studio one surround setting speaker management

I need a delay that allow set delay in sample steps accuracy (can show milli seconds) and set the delay of each channel simular too a speaker manager DSP. I have not 4 same speakers so i need a eq that can work on each of the surround channels too.

which eq and delay(can also seperate effect) work good with surround and have the ability that i can for example set for channel 1 and 2 4 ms delay , and for channel 5 and 6(rear) 6 ms delay ?

also a eq that can for each channel EQ. I see melda there can enable a surround. but it only allow change for all channels or mid and side support in studio one master channel . the delay i not test but i guess its same

is there a delay eq here that can do the job ? best is when it is free

Delay and EQ arent typically combined, so maybe you can try separate plugins.

I believe Melda MUtility plugin will do delays in exact samples, as will Voxengo Sound Delay.

thanks, the melda utility i test now. it is good for delay. I have use mxxx6out 6 in too. when i add it on 1 it change all delays in all channels when i have utility in 7.1 mode. when i switch to LR i have 6 inputs but the effect on other inputs do nothing. I guess i need use channel 3 in mxxxx for 5/6 output . see screenshot

is this abug in melda mxxxx or can i use a setting to get it working ?
