Motherboard Reccomendations?

I've got some parts kicking about, and am going to build a music prod PC to separate my hobby from my other entertainment and work.

12900 (non K) cpu
Rtx 3070
A bunch of "non-gaming" 16G ddr4 sticks
Some gen3 M.2 2TB drives
Some 2.5" 2tb ssds.
A 750W power supply + case.

I think I just need cooling and a mobo.....
Will probably be a win10/11 box. Reaper.

Built in wifi bad for latency? Other features/manufacturers to stay away from in 2024?

WiFi is bad.
You also need a Thermalright Contact frame.
