Slice vocal sample in reason , artifacts

So , this one is doing my head in
I've got a verry simple spoken word saying : Electro magnetic radiation
Entering the audio clip and into slice , I position the slices exactly at the points
-Electro
-Magnetic
-Radiation

When exporting to rex loop each slice/section has this weird fade out crossfade artifact .
I tried disablng stretch but then slicemode is not available , when entering slice edit mode Reason automatically enables stretch mode resulting in artifacts .
Bottom line , there is no straight forward cut and slice without those bloody algoritms
If anyone has a solution ,

Why don't you just use an audio editor to cut it in three separate files, one file per word?

I can do this in reason by copy pasting and slip editing each file but that’s not the point .
I want to slice it because it needs to be a rex file .
I can’t believe slicing is not possible wihout any stretch algoritm disabled .
