Always wondered why it didn't behave the way I expected it to be
Just load fat channel ,enable keyfilter for the compressor (disable comp) , enable listen and set to 50 Hz
If it would be a highpass you would hear everything above 100Hz , but instead you just hear a low frequency band.
Screenshot shows white noise , first with keyfilter off , then on set to 50Hz .
So the highpass at the beginning (gate section )also affects the compressor and NOT just the gate ,
Lesson learned
