Just purchased these two machines, one for use with my Windows XP computer and the other for use with my Windows does 7 computer. However the manual I see speaks something of USB Audio Class 2.0 compliant so no drivers required. Does this mean that it will work with Windows XP / 7 or does it mean that it will not work because Wibdows XP / 7 are not USB Audio Class 2.0 compliant?
It would be a disaster if it’s the latter because I simply do not have the budget to upgrade my PC.
Any suggest would be helpful.

Plug it in if it works it works. Won't harm anything and goto device manager to check no yellow exclamation marks. It's that simple and may well work. Not sure re xp though don't think that's generic

The 2.0 compliant audio driver wasn't added until Windows 10. Give it a try but chances are you won't be able to use these over usb. You can still use them via minijack midi and audio out assuming you have an audio/midi interface.
