Is it just me, or are the Theme choices not working?

When I switch between dark or light themes, it only changes at the top and bottom of the UI, and not anywhere else where nearly all of the controls are.

If it was always like that, maybe I just never tried changing between them and never noticed. :?

Here's the light theme, just top and bottom bars are different:

I think that the theme changes just that depending on the instrument. The Augmented ones, or Pigments, are not emulations, so their interface can be more "changeable", but I suppose that the emulations are more restricted to the hardware they are based on...
As the DX7 is a blackish instrument, the theme change are not changing that. Just the menus, the top and bottom, and the preset browser.
