Seems like a great idea for intelligent searching for loops/sounds within a plugin in your DAW. I'm just checking out the free trial, will probably go for the purchase as the one-time Pro option is sensibly priced. I have about 1.4 TB of sounds & loops, and searching via text (key/BPM) works to some extent, but if the app does all the hard work of indexing it could save some time.
The Cloud Sub option (€ 3.99-19.99 /month) could be useful for anyone looking for new material.

Well they mention 'cloud' & 'offline AGENT' both signify great turnoff for me...
Best loops were the old Ueberschall Liquid Libraries which I have most still all melodyne based in the Liquid player or also licensed right inside melodyne proper... Great libs no need to search for correct loop you make the one you like iNTO what you want to match as if it were MIDI...
