I have a new PC and I'mtrying to install my stuff onto it. When I try and download the IK stuff it says

'The download path
C:\Users\Desktop\IK
you've selected does not exist, you do not have permissions to write to this location, or there is insufficient space in the current download path. Please close this window to select a new path or clear up some space. (code: 108)'

I've tried different paths, I have space on my PC, I'm the sole user, I don't understand, never seen this error before.

I've changed the text there deliberately for this forum do my name isn't shown,.
Also ive changed the download folder destination several times to see if that works on my PC

Just taking a guess here, but have you tried running the IK download software as administrator?

Well I should be administrator by default ...I'll have another try at that yes...weird...it's not the antivirus blocking either...

Well don't know what that was all about but have to say IK Support got back very quickly to me, I didn't know but you can download the latest installers on your product page under 'past releases' it turns out

Error trying to install IK Multimedia stuff
