Can I use the GeoSWAM instruments I purchased for GeoShred Pro with my copy of GeoShred Play/Control?

No, each version of GeoShred (Pro, Play, Control) has it's own IAPs. Also note that you should not have more than one GeoShred on your device because they all share the same AUv3 App ID and this will cause confusion for hosts. They share the same App ID to facilitate migration of projects.
