I'm looking for free and legal breakbeat drum loops (high quality hopefully)....

Regarding legality, you can not ever know for sure where it was sampled from. But if their smallprint says it is ok, then why doubt it. That is all you need in court when a copyright owner wants to have part of your profits because you made a big hit.

But you can recreate any rythm. It is not difficult after you did it a couple of times. There are some techniques that make it easy.
