I want to know if i can use wav dj with fl studio and play the samples on it's keyboard

Depends on capabilities of your soundcard drivers (will they allow multiple applications?) but these two will not play in sync. And why should you, since Oregon Wav DJ is classified under "Toys". 
If you for this one, then let go of Fruity.
If you want to trigger samples by a keyboard with Fruity, then get a real keyboard. You probably already have all you need in FruityLoops to do the triggering (except figuring out how it works)
