I don't totally understand your question Peter - perhaps you could explain more...
...if it helps though, you can right-mouse-click on any audio clip, select Loop Properties (second item on drop down list) to open the looping menu.
From here, enable looping, select the third option on the left hand list ("repeat every ... beats"). Check that "follow session tempo" and "lock position to tempo" are both checked... also select "time-scale stretch" from the big pull down menu in the middle of the box.
Back in multitrack view the clip will automatically adjust to fit the session tempo, without any pitch-changes. From there you can simply adjust the session tempo and the clip will change tempo accordingly. Find the tempo that suits you and hey-presto.
If all the clips you are using are loop-enabled in this way, they will all adjust to the session tempo automatically.
If this isn't what you were asking about, sorry for misunderstanding!

Oh okay I get it now. In the time stretch for the
edit view, what ratios would I use? Would I just
toy around with the settings?
Thxs for the great answer
