Hi everyone!

We’re thrilled to introduce M-Clarity 2, the latest major upgrade in our M series of plug-ins. Equipped with our next-generation dynamic resonance suppression technology, M-Clarity 2 offers improved sound quality and intelligent features that make it easier than ever to eliminate boxiness, muddiness, and harshness from your tracks.

Building on the success of the original, M-Clarity 2 includes several major upgrades, such as Adaptive Processing Range, an Intelligent Mix Assistant, enhanced dynamics, a more advanced spectral shaping engine, and more—delivering superior control and precision.

What’s new in M-Clarity 2

- Improved Dynamics: The dynamics section of M-Clarity 2 has been rewritten from the ground up to deliver clean and responsive Attack and Release controls to shape your sound.

- Even More Clarity: M-Clarity 2 features a new and improved version of our spectral shaping engine, delivering even cleaner sound with no distortion or artefacts.

- Adaptive Processing Range: M-Clarity 2 continuously analyses your audio and automatically adjusts the processing frequency range to target boxiness, muddiness, and harshness.

- Intelligent Mix Assistant: The new Mix Assistant in M-Clarity 2 analyses your audio and suggests the right settings for your track.

- Gentler Soft Mode: The “Soft” processing mode in M-Clarity 2 is now even more gentle, without reducing the effect strength compared to the “Hard” mode.

- See What the Plug-in is Doing: M-Clarity 2 shows the exact spectral adjustments it makes to your audio, so you are always in control of what the plug-in is doing.

How gracious of you to make existing owners of M-Clarity pony up $25 for the upgrade. This tells me all I need to know about your company.

I mean, this is how they’ve operated since they started. This isn’t something new that they just came up with. I think their update pricing is reasonable. Unlike say, Presonus, now that’s unreasonable pricing for their studio one update scheme.

I have zero interest in Techivation's "it's not really a subscription because we didn't call it one" plan.

Thats absolutely fair, I could see how some could arrive at that. But unfortunately thats just the way these plugin companies are leaning…. Subscription. Look no further than waves WUP, or presonus studio one’s update scheme. Sucks for only one person, us, the buyer.

Sadly, this developer doesn't seem to get it...
