Soundcloud warning - fake radio station

I had a private message on my SC account and it looks legit because there is actually a radio station with that name, but when I replied back I was asked if I wanted airplay for a small fee. I told them I thought that was illegal (Payola) and to give me a reason not to report them. Let's see the reply.

There are many more people trying to make money off people making music than there are people making money with music.

The actual radio station does have content on SC, but has the call sign in front of frequency. Email from program director confirmed this morning. Scam.
Way better than the one last week where a nice looking middle aged lady offered to pay me $500 just to text with her. I gave her my bank account number but she hasn't texted back.
