Can't install Soundtoys free PhaseMistress

Anyone else having problem installing it on pc and W11? I get this message
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Soundtoys\Soundtoys
5\PhaseMistress\Default.toy

An error occured while trying to create the directory
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Soundtoys\Soundtoys 5

Error 3: the path cannot be found
