Trying to buy some midi stuff from KVR Audio with no success. Sent email after error two days ago, as requested but no answer.

An error occurred and the order could not be processed. You have not been charged. We are aware of the problem and will investigate ASAP. Please do not try to checkout again as the order will continue to fail. (ERROR 42)

Looks like prices are a little lower directly from Groovemonkee. They were a little lower than this last year though.
