Replicating a Rhodes sound on a track

The beginning of this song has an EP/Rhodes that's very low and chunky that I want to use in a cover but all my current EP/Rhodes sounds just aren't able to go that low without attacking too much. Anybody know of a similar sound?

This is more about playing style-technique than the sound itself. If you want to debate that, look at how many records with "Rhodes" sounds were really made with a DX-7 or similar-ish synth. We accept the synth as a Rhodes because the player is doing the Steely Dan thing so well.

Here, it seems to me that in many places the Rhodes is running parallel with a B3 - a common technique in Fusion.

I'd say you are spot-on here. The B3 note-attack is pretty obvious

You could try Keyscape from Spectrasonics, or there's a set with a variety of rhodes sounds called Neo-Soul Keys from Gospel Musicians that I always thought was pretty nice. Either would give you lots of options.
