Loud hammer sounds (Premier Sound Factory - Kawai Legend)

Whenever I release a note, theres a noticeably loud hammer noise. How can I lower or completely eliminate this as its really distracting

Try turning the mechanical knob to minimum.

Because the recording is of an actual piano being played, there will be a slight amount of mechanical noise even when the mechanical knob is turned to minimum.

You can further reduce the mechanical noise by turning down the RELEASE knob, but as other important release sounds will also be included, turning it down too much may result in an overall unnatural sound.
