The waveform indicates that cpu usage is excessive, but the task manager indicates that it is low. Therefore, the waveform does not work correctly. How do I solve this problem? Is it the task manager that is wrong or the DAW?
The DAW's CPU graph indicates 97% usage, while the Task Manager indicates 18% CPU usage.

From the numbers I guess you have maybe 6 CPU cores. One is doing all the work while the others are idle.
