Which DAW/app has (the best) auto tempo mapping/detection (i.e. grid to freetime performance)?

As per thread title, in which DAW/app I can throw a freetime performance (say a rock or piano track) and it manages to detect tempo (changes) and automatically adjusts the grid to it.
Also needs to be possible to then export a MIDI file with the tempo changes afterwards (to continue working in another DAW).
- Studio One got it recently I saw by chance?
- Cubase?
- Melodyne?
- what else and experiences with these?
Thanks.

Logic Pro works quite well for me.
You can choose between constant tempo and variable tempo.
I use it all the time.
