Controllable Bendy Clusters

This midi fx plugin works by sending pitch bends to each individual midi channel, along with the notes (and mod wheel, pedal, volume, etc).

Additional features like anti-phase mode, auto-move, and randomization give you even more options to make some discordant, warped, uneasy sounds.

Multiscript version runs in any DAW using Kontakt.
VST/AU plugin works in Logic, Reaper, Cubase.

Important Limitation: Some instruments don't respond to pitch bend (like Spitfire and CS Series.) There's a workaround for Kontakt instruments (explained in the Diving Deeper Video below at 1:05), but it involves extra steps and has a little less pitch accuracy.
