I was wondering, if there is a download link that summs all the free presets that are awailable now in on zip, like you can have it for Synth One?

It looks that way. The consolidator said it was from all FREE banks.

First of all, good, since I haven't used Vital yet. But is it possible that Vital uses a lot of CPU, at least in FL Studio?
