I had to reinstall Xpand!2 but for some reason the installation fails to install the plugin for the VST2 version, and the presets folder which is normally located in program files (x86)\Air Music Technology.
The VST3 plugin does appear, as well as the big file with the instruments, but when I try to open the patches menu it does nothing, the UI is unresponsive, I guess it's because the plugin can't find the folder in program files.

Can someone please send me a copy of that folder? It is very small, it's just a list of all the presets.

Are you using the latest version of the installer? If not, try that...

Oh, and if you're on Windows, check C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VSTplugins to see if the VST2 is there.

Solved!
I used Revo Uninstaller to delete any leftovers from the previous installation, and finally the installation process worked as expected.
