Hello,
I have a problem. The sound either continues after I stop playing (in Surge XT) or some other sound interferes while I'm playing.
Does anyone here know what I should do or what settings to check?
It's only a second day of me using a Linnstrument, I'm trying to figure things out.
EDIT: I just played the melody again, and even though it didn't happen, when I pressed "per split settings" it made a sound instead of showing me the settings.
EDIT 2: Neither "per split settings" nor any other settings button works now. The instrument plays, but the problem described above persists, and I can no longer access settings to change them.

The problem you describe sounds like a support issue, whereas the forum is more for user discussions. Please send a short video that demonstrates the problem to me at the support email address. Also include your name, serial number, and the city and country in which you live. I’m sure there’s a simple solution.
