The saturation and compressor I'd call good if not remarkable but the middle section tone shaper is great.

When I try the demo (which is a 7 day limit) it has a weird extreme pumping effect which can't be right!

I think I had that issue but removing the plug and then reinstantiating it fixed it for me. What I'm having difficulty understanding is why it adds almost 4 db of peak energy when in and out LUFS are matched. It's not unusual to have some difference but nearly 4 db is alot. Especially when using it on the master.

Neither of those things sound right to me, maybe ask the developers... I can say that it has sounded off to me when used on top of another plugin who's job it is meant to be replacing, e.g. a master compressor built into a drum machine that I forgot to disable kind of thing. I like this on drums and bass, that's about all I use it for, so far, to me it sounds very good there.

Yes I did the same and it's working now, sounds like it has teething problems...other than that it sounds good to me.
