Arturia keystep- Assigning time div knob to midi quantize functionality in cubase

Is there a way to assign the time div knob on Arturia keystep 32 to the midi quantize functionality in cubase?
Like changing the knob to 1/8 would change it to 1/8 in cubase midi quantize preset?
