Can anybody explain what the "Set up structure" window does?
I've tried playing around with the values and clicking "Rebuild structure" but it doesn't seem to do anything.

It changes the structure of an existing composition (setting up lines and parts based on the bars/line and lines/part settings). This is non-destructive, the composition and its phrases do not change, only its structure does.
If you apply this on a short composition (shorter than a 'line'), it will have no effect.
