EZmix 3 - no tempo sync?

So I just tried using ezmix 3 for the first time. Am I dumb or is there no way to sync delays, lfos etc? All Im getting when I try to adjust the effect sliders are percentages from 1-100%. Can you not choose divisions?

In the manual it states that the plug-in always syncs to the host/DAW time signature.
