Totally different than you might expect, this is a cello with true sampled legato, natural vibrato baked into the recordings, and not a ton of articulations to keyswitch or knobs to fiddle with. So how does this happen? Well, it was actually recorded for another developer some six years ago, edited but never finished, and last year I acquired the recordings and turned them into an instrument. And here it is:

Walkthrough:
It does have one thing common with our "usual" - it is close-miked, and being recorded in mono it's easy to blend with Vengeful Cello if you do need some more exotic articulations.
$19 intro price until the end of June 2025.

This looks cool! Did you notice that there is going to be a Linux version of Sforzando? There's not going to be anything holding up us Linux users when it comes to these sampled instruments!!
I've bought a lot of your samples, but I was always a little disappointed that Sforzando didn't exist for Linux. That will be remedied soon! Yay!!

Yup, it's in beta now. I guess people have been running it under WINE and stuff, but now there are "real" Linux builds.

Yep! This may sound small, but it is actually a huge thing for Linux users!DSmolken wrote: Fri May 30, 2025 3:34 pm Yup, it's in beta now. I guess people have been running it under WINE and stuff, but now there are "real" Linux builds.
BTW, I would still love for you to create an even bigger guitar instrument, with more articulations--not leaving out "any" of the normally used articulations. A guitar chords library would be an awesome idea as well!
