Amplesound Riffer- How big are the bends?

Can anyone tell me if you can get bends larger than one full tone with Amplesound electric guitar models? I have increased the amount in the settings page but still can only get a tone (2 x semitones) bend as maximum. Is this function not working properly and should i report it as an issue to Amplesound? I have 2 electric guitar models. The SC and the VC.
