mok.com offline activation not working

I'm trying to activate Miniraze but am getting a This Page Isn't Working HTTP 500 error. There is no contact information on the mok.com home webpage either.
How do I activate this plugin?

I just tried it, and it is working for me. Were you logged into the site when you selected Offline Software Activation ?

I guess the usual questions:

• Which Browser and OS?
• What did you click on that got you to the HTTP500 error? The sidebar link? The product selection? Generating the offline auth key?

We don't put our email on the site, as it is preferred to use the forum. But if you need to email us, you can at info [a] mok.com. Again, the forum is better, as others can find solutions/answers/info to stuff from the community.
