Best way to sync DAW+Oxi One+Pamella's PRO Workout

Have had Oxi One for a few months now and I just now am thinking about syncing since I still want to use Pam. I just connected Oxi to computer via USB to output DAW midi and then I am using Pam Sync out into 'run' on Pam and then I have Oxi's Clock out to Pam's Clock IN.
It works, but it's not something I read anywhere and I don't know if there is an easier way Oxi's manual is long and I have not memorized all of it.
