interesting thing when trying to improve poor audio from some animation

Audio has a good frequency, a little boomy on the bass side, but too bad.
Some of the voices are distorted and there a few instances where it's not possible to
make out what is being said. Those voices are generally higher pitched belonging to small
animated characters.
Using something like Accentize DeRevive does quite well in bringing out and clearing the voices
that are already intelligible and at normal human pitch, but the higher pitched voices
mentioned are seemingly treated by DeRevive as if they're noise and it lowers the level of them
as if it tries to hide them.
The google Pixel phone has deblur for fuzzy pictures, I need something similar
for this distorted audio.
