The sound also reappears at 1:36
This might be the same sound that opens the track and anchors throughout. Sounds like a combination of some kind of choir sound with a high attack. Not sure how to describe the "squelchy" glistening layer that plays on top of it, but it sounds like the the sound cuts in with sustain, or it might be the same sound mixed on top of itself?
I have some experience programming my DX7. Confident I could do it, but I'm not exactly sure what I'm supposed to be going for here.
Any guidance is appreciated!
