Why Spicy Guitar, Proteus VX and Cakewalks old "SFZ" Soundfontplayer have been removed from database?

Just curious, what the reason is. Honestly, for me, it makes no sense to remove these gems from the KVR plugin database, since all of them are still available for free on other websites. :roll:
