I have question regarding this program. Does it scan/list even plugins that have not been added to KVR website database? I think there are some plugins that have not been added to the website, so I would assume that the program would not be able to get version information of these plugins. However what I'm curious if it will pick up such plugins at all? I think this would be useful tool for having a list of plugins you can check that need reinstalling, if it could scan even non-kvr plugins, and then you can export it to some .csv (or some other excel sheet format), then later import the sheet on a new windows install to check which plugins you need to reinstall (by seeing list of plugins from previous scan, and optionally the program detects whether said plugin is currently installed on the system or not, so a local sync function).

Yes, everything is scanned. Plugins not known in KSM are shown on a tab called 'Not found', and of course, in the list of all installed plugins. The version information is obtained from the plugins. This is used to compare against the version numbers in the KSM database.
But why not just try it? During the time you typed your post, all plugins could have been scanned.
Exporting would be nice, but it's not a feature available.
There is a compare option to compare two computers.
