Do you know about territory release with a PRO to join another (like ASCAP) at the same time just for some countries?

I’m doing a territory release with my italian PRO SIAE because I want to join ASCAP for US and Canada. So I need to tell SIAE to not manage some rights anymore, so I can let ASCAP do that.

On SIAE website they listed many rights and I need to know exactly for what of those I should do territory release. In a few words what of those rights does ASCAP manage? (I think it’s the first six below, but I’m not sure)

– Diritto di diffusione radiotelevisiva
– Diritto di ricezione radiotelevisiva pubblici esercizi
