Sample Text: License Agreement - Where to Buy?

I’m looking for a sample text for the license agreement, outlining what the buyer is allowed to do with the sounds and what they are not allowed to do. I`m selling sound effects and music for commercial use.

Is there somewhere I can download something like this in English?

BTW: I am currently selling my music and sound effects on Pond5. However, I don't see why I should sell them for 30 cents or so to a subscriber, who can then also use them commercially.

I also don't like that Pond5.com takes 70% of the sale. A fair share would be 30%.

That’s why I’m now going to set up my own store and delete everything from Pond5.
