I made a request around 6 years ago on presonus answers and nothings changed to improve the matter. Everything is thin and multi-coloured, even at standard 1080P resolution. Presonus will probably blame this on Microsoft, but surely they have options, just as they did in Studio One 2.6, where text was emboldened and therefor much clearer. Maybe not in all areas of the UI such as the browser but at least the more critical areas of the UI had a clearer viewing experience than what we have had for the past 10 years since version 3.0.

The Fonts In Studio One 7 Are Almost Unreadable, They Are Schrecklich

Yeah, Studio One looks superb on Mac.
Everything always looks like garbage all the time on Windows.
PreSonus switched from a bitmap-based graphics engine to a vector-based graphics engine with version 3.0. Mac is just better at rendering vectors than Windows, and always has been.
Windows uses TrueType hinting on small fonts, which results in the kind of distortion that you're seeing, particularly on thin fonts like the ones Studio One uses.
So yes, it is Micrsoft's fault. One-hundred percent.
