Large files

I work almost exclusively with large audio files, MP3 and WAV. I've noticed MuTools App sometimes has a problem with loading the files. All I'm doing is drag and drop from Explorer directly onto MuLab and selecting "Audio Sequence" when prompted. Am I doing something wrong? Should I change the audio settings, and if so, how? Is there a better way to work with large files?

Yes, use Audio Streams.
