Fl studio doesn't recognize timeflux

Please help! I run the install place folder in my vst file and fl doesn't see it when I do plugin scan. I've tried the regular vst folder, vst3,vst2 and fl doesn't see it what else can I do? And yes I am running program as PC I have windows 10 and fl 11, And 20. Any help is appreciated.
