midiverbIII, no messing around. but it was the QV that i kept.

Quadraverb.
Was my main FX for a few years until I could afford the good ones. TBH the Midiverbs were resolutely shit. Quadraverb was useful for the multifx, but it's reverb was as shit as the Midiverbs really. Very noisy too, from what I remember. I vaguely remember there was some kind of phasered delay with reverb that was unique to Quadraverb and sounded good in a hissy kinda way. I liked some of the later Digitech stuff though...they improved quite drastically at some point back in the mists of time in the 90s. I still have a TSR24S that gets dusted off every now and then...a complete bastard to programme though
