I'm going to buy a midi controller and Behringer BCR2000 seems to be a pretty good solution.However I still have a question about it.
So,I would appreciate if you could help me out...
I've read that encoders are better than normal rotary knobs as they can avoid "midi Jumps" via midi feedback

Do I have the ability as a user to determine individually for every dial how much the value should vary according to the speed of the movement of the dial, as well as how many rotations are necessary to go from minimum to maximum value??
For example if I want to make a steep filter sweep the assigned encoder for the filter has to transmit the midi values rapidly,acting more like as a normal knob rather than a high resolution encoder..because if the later happens it would take 3-4 full rotations for the encoder to transmit values from 1-127 step by step...and as a result the sweep will be no steep at all!
