Studio one license expired and they've lost all my orders from my account page?

Anyone else seeing this?
Tried opening my Studio One (perpetual license) and it says License expired.
Went to the website, logged in and it's showing no history of my purchases at all.

OK instead of following links on their main webpage I went to 'mypresonus' and can see everything there. I have a perpetual license where entitled to updates ends Oct 9, 2025. So why the heck can I not still use my version? Are they seriously thinking we will pay full price for one year ACCESS to their software?
Must be an account error. I have logged a support ticket.
This kind of thing was what I was worried about when I heard the news they'd been aquired. I'm working on an album right now and they have locked me out.

I noticed the weird flow they have on as logged in, saying no orders, which I know I did too.
- I had to find Software on top left and go from there to mypresonus
- there were order and licenses and all

A couple of thoughts
- are you and computer in a time zone that is already okt 10, australia, new zeeland?
- are you sure you did not sign up for subscription, does account say perpetual on StudioOne?
- so expired might be for content from subscription maybe, not StudioOne?
- you projects will not load with expired plugins and content from subscription

Try a blank new project maybe if that is created.

But Presonus really made many mistakes after this Fender overtake, so roll back to older version maybe.

The issue is probably fixed by now. After I launched Studio One, I was asked to merge my Presonus and Fender accounts and then I could use Studio One. I just had to sign in again to my Presonus account with my Fender password.

Post

Thank goodness, yes it appears fixed now. Thanks. Not sure why they couldnt email users warning of an outage though, but hey ho.

Big fustercluck from the hedgefund goons that own Fender/Presonus. They pulled this crap without any warning and left users twisting in the wind to navigate these changes on our own. And, quite frankly, I had no need or desire to create a Fender account. To be forced to do so in order to access my PRESONUS account is pure BS. Just another way to siphon off and monetize our data. For me Fender Studio is useless garbage that I have no need for. I own plenty of vintage Fender hardware but I'm done with them as a company. Likewise, I own quite a bit of Presonus hardware and software but I'm about done with them too. Being taken over by corporate bean counters never improved any music company as far as I'm concerned. But hey, that's just my opinion......YMMV.

It's not fixed for me at all - zero products listed in my account - so clearly this issue is not sorted out. If you're one of the ones whose products are now listed in your account, consider yourself lucky.

Doing this without any official announcement was really really careless.

I'm in the same spot and had to come here to find any sort of answer. Wasted a ton of time uninstalling, reinstalling, deactivating, trying offline license files, and rebooting. I had already logged a support ticket. I've never been to Fender.com in my life, nor do I need an account there until today, when I was forced to. Still doesn't fix anything for me. I get no 'merge account' message, just 'The license has expired!' message on Windows.

It's beyond stupid and careless, and shows a complete lack of respect for customers. There should have been multiple emails weeks or more in advance. It's inexcusable.

Studio One suddenly deactivated itself and can’t be reactivated: “Username and password are incorrect.”

I reset my password on mypresonus.com, but the site hangs every time I try to log in.

When I tried signing in on fender.com, it said “Password incorrect.”

Using the “Forgot password” link returned “Sorry, we can’t find a Fender Connect account with that email.”

When I tried to create a new Fender account, I got “It looks like you already have a Fender account.”

How do you contact support when you cannot log into mypresonus???

What an absolute mess.

OK, according to their website, support@presonus.com is the support email address. So I sent an email there and got this auto-reply:

Hello,
We apologize for the inconvenience; please log in to your account and create a support ticket via our support portal.

What a f**king clown show.

There is an article now in support KB: https://support.presonus.com/hc/en-us/a ... ng-article

Coincidentally, also just got an email from izotope saying my account has merged with NI. At least they emailed me.

I don't want or need a Fender account, yet they force me to create one. What a complete shit show.

Post

Weird, so far I still can normally login into my.presonus.com and see no signs of Fender... I might be blind.

Post

Seems that the expiries are continung. I just fired up S1 and promptly got locked out of my perpetual license.

Ticket logged to support. I am assuming LOTS of folks are going to get a surprise today if you Annual Updates plan expiry date is 10/10/25
